We have to possess a mindset that says God didn’t just sit me at the table to be at the table. We have dominion… God sat me at the table to own the table. His plan is that we have life and that more abundantly but we forfeited this in acting on our curiosity and received death.

The process of death in the garden is a byproduct of us losing authority. We only have this process because of what Adam and Eve did. We only have an employer rather than a shared barter system because trust was broken because of what Adam and Eve did. We died spiritually in an instant, we died naturally little by little overtime, but God wants to reverse what disobedience established.

There had to be a way back and what Adam did Go had to begin to undo in Abram…

3 Elements that God began to use Abraham to bring us back into covenant with God

1. Submission – If I’m going to be submitted to God we may be family, but there may not be a great level of unity in my family.
2. Servanthood – After you submit to Him he teaches you in the process to develop you in uncomfortable circumstances so your character can sustain His plan for you.
3. Stewardship – While serving the Lord will begin to deliver resources to bring promise to pass, never squander it, He blessed you for a reason. Pray about it and let Him give you the insight on how to steward it. It’s not just for you, but someone else’s life may be in your hands.
